When you reach out to Voji, our team will take the time to understand your travel plans and assign a dedicated Travel Designer to accompany you throughout your journey.
We work with fixed package pricing — individual costs are not itemized. During the budgeting phase, adjustments to flights, hotels, and services are welcome, provided they align with Voji’s curated standards.

After a thorough analysis, your Travel Designer will make the first contact and will be by your side throughout the journey. Our mission in this contact is to clarify your doubts and start building your trip, thinking about every detail that will make all the difference for you.

Enjoy this step to analyze the given travel plan, adding sightseeings and activities of your choice and then review along with your travel designer, making sure that every experience is adjusted according to your preferences. Your itinerary will be delivered through our custom link. This is your moment to share any and all feedback. The deadline to respond and proceed with your quote is up to 2 business days. If no response is received within this period, we’ll follow up with you to confirm whether or not you'd like to move forward.

There may be a few details to adjust — in that case, we’ll return to STEP 02. Once everything is aligned, we’ll move on to the next phase.

There is no charge for the proposal. All quoted prices are valid on the day the itinerary is sent and are subject to currency fluctuations and availability, requiring updates with each adjustment.

After the itinerary confirmation, we will begin booking the contracted services. For the first purchase, it is necessary to complete the client registration form.

Payment can be made in full with a 3% discount or with a 25% deposit via Pix/transfer, and the remaining balance can be paid in up to 3 interest-free installments on a credit card. Please send the payment receipts to your Travel Designer so that the Finance Department can confirm and proceed with the service issuance.

The link to your trip will be updated with your finalized itinerary. There, you can access all your vouchers.

At this stage, a group will be created including the travelers and the responsible Travel Designer. The purpose of this group is to coordinate all the details of your itinerary before the trip.

The detailed itinerary proposal will be delivered within up to 15 business days.

With your suggested itinerary in hand, you can request reservations for tours, restaurants, and other services from your Travel Luxury Assistant up to 15 days before your trip date.

We recommend making these requests as early as possible to ensure availability.
