The first step is getting in touch with us through the contact form. You’ll receive a preview of your travel plan in a digital form, containing all the detailed information for your trip.
We start with the basic elements to plan a trip: flights, hotels and transportation. We’ll send the service suggestions according to your characteristics and along with the previous information you gave to the travel designer. Travel Designer.
Step 2: First meeting!
After a detailed analysis your Travel Designer will make the first meeting and will be by your side all along. Our mission in this step is to clarify all of your doubts and start building your trip thinking about everything, and this will make a difference for you.
Enjoy this step to analyze the given travel plan, adding sightseeings and activities of your choice and then review along with your travel designer, making sure that every experience is adjusted according to your preferences. Step 3: Itinerary approved
After the approval, we gently ask all the passengers to fill our sign up form, that will allow us to move forward with the payment process and guarantee the needed reservations.
It’s important that you have all the documents from all of the passengers ready for this step making sure that everything follows through without any setbacks.
Step 4: All done!
Before the trip, you will receive your personalized itinerary and detailed Day-by-day in digital format with all the travel information (only for trips that include all services booked with Voji), and digital vouchers.
Besides this, we offer a concierge service, in which our crew will make all the check-in’s just before the trip and they will confirm all the items previously. You will also have assistance for any setback or necessity that may appear during the trip.
And to add to your trip, and make it memorable, we can organize your reservations in restaurants or entertainments. Feel free to request all of this to your travel designer.
